Traders' parking permit

Traders or residents can apply for a permit to allow traders to park in a CPZ if they are working on a nearby property.

Businesses, or residents living within a CPZ who are having works done on their property, may purchase traders' permits, to be used by the tradesperson.

Any applications must be accompanied by either a work order or a quote for work, on company headed paper, which must include the address where the works are taking place at.

Vouchers are not transferrable between CPZs - they are for the CPZ in which the address of the property having work done is located. It is not required to specify the vehicle registration on application, but does need to be written on the vouchers (in pen) when displayed on the vehicle.

You are required to scratch off the day, month, date and year (if your permit has this section) to validate the permits. They are also subject to the conditions of use as stated on the back of the permit.

These permits are not valid within an estate - they are for on-street parking, within the zone specified.
